Dear Twinkle,
To opt for any branch depends on one's interest in a particular field and one's aim. But if your aim is to get job at the earliest then you should opt for B.Tech. in computer science because there are number of IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, HCL and other upcoming companies always look for fresh talent. They normally offer 2.5-4 lakh package per annum. Regarding civil engineering, it is a evergreen branch and if India's has to grow then our infrastructure should be world class so civil engineers will always be in demand. Similarly mechanical and electronics are also evergrre branches. One thing you should keep in mind that while doing civil or mechanical or electronics you can learn programming side by side also.
Regarding your last query of galgotia college, I can tell you from previous years trends that in computer science under upbcgl quota one can get admission probably till 5500 rank.
