Hi Santhinirani.s

There are plenty of jobs available in Pharmaceutical and Food processing industries for postgraduates in Biochemistry. Therefore, I do not think you need any further training. Moreover, your research experience will help you a lot in finding a good research position in any reputable Pharmaceutical/Food processing company.
In one case you can feel the need of training, if you are aiming at some particular field of research, such as Drug designing or Molecular Modelling. This is due to the fact that in these fields some special softwares are used which requires a little bit of practical experience.
Yes, you can enter in the field of Information Technology. However, before that you have to decide whether you want go for pure IT or for bio related IT (like Bioinformatics). For pure IT, you can do different courses, as for example software testing, Oracle 9i (OCA/OCP) and Red Hat Linux (RHCE/RHCT). Furthermore, for Bioinformatics, you can do postgraduate diploma in Bioinformatics.

To sum up, before doing any course kindly check the job placements offered to previous batch students.
